How it works

  1. 01

    Gather

    Meet your team at the starting point at 12:00. Cars and drivers are assigned, the rules are explained, and everyone sets off together.

  2. 02

    Hunt

    Every clue on your team’s link points at a place in Windhoek. Solve it, get there, find the marker, unlock the next one. Fastest team through all of them wins.

  3. 03

    Regroup

    Whether you finish first or last, everyone lands at the same place afterwards for the food, the drinks and the arguing about who cheated.

What you need to know

Getting around

Teams are put into cars, and cars and drivers are provided. All you have to do is solve the clues.

What to wear

Comfortable shoes you can move in, and something for the Windhoek sun. A hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.

What to bring

A charged phone and water. Everything else on the day is taken care of.

Teams

Teams are drawn at random beforehand. You will get your team and your own clue link ahead of the day, so you know who you are hunting with.

The finish

Everyone regroups at the finish for food, drinks and the handing over of the trophy.
